Agility Takes Digit Public via SPAC at $2.5B — The Field's First Honest Quote

Agility Robotics will go public by merging with Churchill Capital Corp XI at a $2.5B valuation, raising about $620M with a Foxconn-led PIPE and listing as "AGLT." It would be the first US-listed pure-play humanoid with real deployments — Digit already logs hours at GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota and Mercado Libre. The SPAC route, and the $2.5B tag against Figure's private $39B, is a tell — this is the grown-up, warehouse end of the field, priced on contracts rather than dreams.

A SPAC is how you go public when you have revenue to show and don't want to wait for an IPO window — and Agility, almost uniquely, has revenue to show. Digit is working across nine customer sites with more than 65,000 logged hours and a claimed $300M in multi-year orders, which is why a $2.5 billion valuation reads as sober rather than speculative next to the private-market giants. The contrast with Figure's $39 billion is the entire humanoid market in one chart: one company priced on shipped work, the other on the size of the prize. Public markets are about to give the warehouse-humanoid thesis its first real audit.
