1X Opens NEO Pre-Orders at $499 a Month
The first true home humanoid you can reserve — $20,000 outright or $499/month — with US deliveries targeted for late 2026.
This is the one that matters for ordinary buyers: not a companion, but the first home humanoid with a real price and a real date. The asterisk worth repeating — early NEO units lean on remote human operators for unfamiliar tasks, which is clever bootstrapping and a genuine privacy conversation rolled into one.
